Northside Advantage Program

Northside Advantage gives you the chance to benefit from the same exceptional Northside Hospital services that our patients receive- at a discounted cost- when you use Northside Hospital facilities and services.

Onsite Discount Pharmacy

Northside offers a comprehensive prescription drug plan to help you manage the costs of your prescription medications. We also provide the Northside Advantage Rx- at a discounted cost– when you use our onsite Home Care Pharmacy locations.

Personal Nurse

Just as we care for our patients’ health, sometimes employees need someone to help take care of theirs. Our Personal Nurse Program will take some responsibility off your shoulders.

Disability Insurance

Protects a portion of your income if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to sickness or injury. Two types of disability insurance: short-term disability and long-term disability

Life and AD&D Insurance

You receive Basic Employee Life Insurance and Basic Employee AD&D Insurance at no cost to you. You can also purchase Supplemental Employee Life and AD&D Insurance.

403(b) Savings Plan

Employees are eligible on the first day of employment. Northside matches 50 cents on every dollar you contribute, up to 4%. That’s free money to help you save for your retirement.

Pension Plan

Our active pension plan provides you a level of guaranteed income when you retire- plus Northside funds the pension at NO cost to you.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Automatically accrue PTO to use for vacation, holidays and sick time. You can also transfer hours to another employee or cash out unused hours (up to a certain maximum) at year-end.

Maternity Program

Northside provides paid time off for eligible mothers-to-be following childbirth.

Paternity Leave and Adoption Paid Time-Off Program
